Return Policy

At elkroe.com, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a clear and convenient return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, boxes, and bags

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Final Sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable)
Customized or personalized products
Intimate items, including underwear, lingerie, and swimwear, for hygiene reasons

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at service@elkroe.com
with your order number and reason for return
Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with detailed return instructions
Ship the Item(s): Securely pack the item(s), include the original invoice and RA#, and send them to the address provided

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Prepaid Labels: If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund

5. Refunds
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item:
Please return the original item for a refund
Place a new order for the desired product

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Report within 7 days of delivery
Email service@elkroe.com
 with a description and clear photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. International Returns
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international returns
Declaration: Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to help avoid additional charges
The standard return process applies to all international orders.
